3D Audio Visual Tool

Scenographic Sample-Based Sequencer

This interactive audio-visual instrument was created in Unreal Engine 5.3 and blends real-time sound manipulation with immersive scenographic design. Inspired by a video from @YFJSR at @ntrct.live, and brought to life with the help of @brianmichaelfuller's excellent MetaSound tutorials, the project features a fully integrated, quantized beat engine.

A classic gamepad serves as the interface, allowing users to trigger sound samples and influence the behavior of a central, sphere-surrounded object. A translucent, glass-like overlay presents four virtual instruments, enabling the user to set and control beats in a 4/4 rhythm. All logic is programmed entirely in Blueprints and runs in real time.

Dynamic visual elements within the 3D scene react directly to the audio input, creating a tightly synced and immersive experience.
